Shipping & Returns
Bauen is committed to offering its customers exceptional products requiring little or no assembly. In order to help offset the cost of delivering these products promptly, safely, and securely, we charge a per-item shipping cost.
We currently offer UPS ground shipping to the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes.
You will receive a confirmation with tracking information when your product has been shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

Risk of loss and title for Products you've ordered pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of shipping delays or product shortages, in which case we will notify you and issue you a refund to the payment method you used for payment.
Returns & Replacements
We are confident that your family will love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy for Products purchased by U.S. residents directly from the Site.
- To initiate your return or replacement, submit a return request to our team at help@bauenkids.com. Please include your full name and order number, as well as reason for return, including photos if there is damage or defect. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation email.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.
- Returns must be requested by the original purchaser and refunds can only be issued to the same account used for the original purchaser.
- Products must be received in new condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Approved returns will be refunded the full purchase price, less shipping charges. Sales tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
- Bauen will provide a prepaid return shipping label. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow up to 14 days for us to inspect the item and for the refund to appear in your account.
- If your Bauen product is damaged, shows signs of use, or with missing parts and packaging, we may withhold your refund or charge additional restocking fees.
- If you fail to comply with our return policy requirements, you are not entitled to any refund or replacement and items returned by you that do not comply with those requirements may be discarded by Bauen without liability to you.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans change and will accept cancellations of orders that have not yet shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to help@bauenkids.com, and we will do our best to accommodate. If your Products have not shipped, we will credit the full amount paid back to the original credit card or method of payment. We consider a Product to be shipped when it has been designated for shipment through a specified carrier by our fulfillment partner.
